Establishes Maintenance Department technical proficiency in Integer’s manufacturing processes and equipment to provide competent technical support and training.
Fosters good working relationships with Production, Engineering and Facilities Departments to ensure equipment is maintained, repaired and sustained for validated production of medical products.
Measures equipment Operational Availability, Mean Time between Failure and Mean Time to Repair at asset level, prioritizing project work to identify and eliminate root causes.
