The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of all protected health information while assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs

Report changes in resident condition immediately

Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Certified Nursing Assistant license
