Job Summary

  • The Associate Dean for Graduate Student Access and Engagement will have the primary responsibility for planning, implementation, and assessment of the school's goals related to access and community engagement of the graduate student body.
  • This position will partner with multiple constituencies within the Graduate School and with colleagues in the Office of the Provost, academic departments and programs, professional schools, and beyond, to promote Yale as an institution in which scholarly and professional excellence are core intellectual values.
  • Oversee a budget that supports a broad range of programs and activities, responsible for prudent financial management including fiscal planning, analysis of expenditures, and reporting.
