Job Summary

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to teams of Person-Centred Active Support Workers within our Forensic and Specialist Transitions service.
  • Support people with complex psychosocial and forensic disability needs by enabling opportunities, fostering independence, and encouraging meaningful community connections.
  • Lead and coach person-centred active support teams through ongoing feedback, supervision, and performance management—including team meetings and annual reviews.

Key Requirements

  • Experience managing staff rosters
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Tertiary qualification in Disability or related field
  • Legal right to work in Australia
