Job Summary
Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to teams of Person-Centred Active Support Workers within our Forensic and Specialist Transitions service.
Support people with complex psychosocial and forensic disability needs by enabling opportunities, fostering independence, and encouraging meaningful community connections.
Lead and coach person-centred active support teams through ongoing feedback, supervision, and performance management—including team meetings and annual reviews.

Key Requirements
Proven experience coordinating supports
Strong understanding of therapeutic service models
Demonstrated commitment to person-centred approaches

Experience managing staff rosters
Current Driver’s Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
Tertiary qualification in Disability or related field
