Job Summary

  • Monitor, evaluate, and audit a sampling of inbound and/or outbound calls and other contact methods, including chat, call, and email.
  • Participate in calibration sessions with Quality staff, Delivery, and clients to ensure scoring consistency and best practices.

Key Requirements
