Job Summary

• You will lead multiple product development teams within a single Research and Development (R&D) organization, guiding R&D staff toward meeting the agreed R&D targets.
• Plan and oversee capacity, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure projects run efficiently, processes improve continuously, and deliverables meet scope, cost, and quality targets on schedule.
• The Energy Industries Division serves a wide range of industrial sectors, including hydrocarbons, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power generation and water, supporting traditional industries in their efforts to decarbonize.
