Job Summary
The Lead Technician shall be responsible for supervising Senior Technicians and Technicians to achieve ongoing guest/internal customer satisfaction and team goals through maintenance and operation of assigned facilities.
Primary responsibilities include ensuring proper maintenance of all equipment and facilities, carrying out effective checks on engineering systems, and identifying and diagnosing system faults.
The role requires ensuring active participation in energy saving initiatives, executing management policies, and preparing timely reports on departmental efficiencies and costs.
