Job Summary

  • The Appointment Business Center LPN will navigate and perform patient scheduling, referral management of internal and external patient referrals, and will triage complex scheduling request in electronic health record systems.
  • The LPN will be responsible for reviewing and requesting clinical documentation as appropriate and will be required to identify, differentiate, or rule out non-urgent/urgent, non-acute/acute, emergent, life-threatening symptoms in order to provide safe and timely disposition of referrals.
