Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
You will create a culture of EHSS excellence by serving as the Subject Matter Expert on regulations and driving associate engagement through the SAFE-Together program.
This position requires managing daily EHSS reporting, leading continuous improvement processes, and ensuring compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, and other local regulations.
