This position serves as a liaison between IT and on-site business operations including Corporate, Resort Operations, and Contact Centers.
The role is responsible for managing daily efforts of supporting and installing computer endpoints, applications, and peripherals for MVW IT customers.
Candidates must have an extensive background in the hospitality industry with hands-on experience in Property Management Systems.

Must-have
3-4 years technical customer service support
Property Management Systems (PMS) experience
Intermediate network cabling knowledge
24x7 on-call availability
Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting
Vendor coordination for IT projects

Key Requirements
BS/BA degree in technical field or equivalent training
3-4 years work experience in technical support
Extensive hospitality industry background required
