Base: $87,532.60 - $109,708.70; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for performance-based bonus programs; Benefits: Health care, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 15 days PTO, 12 holidays, 401k match

Must-have
5+ years managing technical publications projects
Expert knowledge of aerospace industry standards
Experience with Component Maintenance Manuals
Ability to lead projects through complete cycle
Familiarity with project management tools

Key Requirements
Associate's Degree with 5 years aerospace experience or 10 years progressive experience
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related discipline (Preferred)
