Key Requirements

  • Higher technical education (electrical preferred)
  • Team management experience in quality processes
  • Experience in quality or production in a manufacturing company
  • Knowledge of PPAP (SPC, MSA, CP, PFMEA)
  • Data analysis and root cause identification skills
  • Fluent English communication
  • Problem Solving methodologies knowledge (Six Sigma Green Belt preferred)
  • SAP system knowledge
