Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for delivering the Corporate accounting for Greystar Europe, including monthly and quarterly financial reporting with variance analysis.
  • Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting of revenue, managing accounts receivable and cash collection, and supporting the FP&A team during reforecast and Business Plan cycles.
  • The role also involves managing compliance reporting, external audits across UK and European entities, and preparing technical accounting memos.

Key Requirements

  • ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified accountant
  • Experience leading year end audit processes
  • Strong technical accounting experience
  • Working knowledge of GAAPs within the Real Estate sector
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Good understanding of VAT and Company Structures
  • Good understanding of UK and EU payroll accounting
