The Senior Manager will lead a team in executing risk strategies while coaching members to identify, manage, and escalate risk effectively.
Responsibilities include developing and evolving effective Counterparty Risk management programs, including procedures, controls, reporting, and overseeing system enhancements.
This role is eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).

McLean, VA: $177,700 - $202,800; Riverwoods, IL: $161,500 - $184,300; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits
