Job Summary

• Assists residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles, ensuring the safe transportation of residents to scheduled medical appointments or other approved activities.
• Maintains the interior and exterior of facility vehicles to promote safe and comfortable transport for the residents and project a positive image in the community.
• Must have training and be able to demonstrate safe clinical based transfer techniques for mobile patients and properly securing wheelchair-bound residents into bays in vans.

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 25 years old
• Valid Driver's License
• Familiar with GPS and local driving area
• No traffic crimes in the last 7 years
• No traffic felonies
• Not more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
• Not more than one accident in 3 years
• Pass drug screen and background check
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
• Completed CNA training and maintain CE
