Job Summary

• The Medicaid Account Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategic engagement plans with State Medicaid agencies within their assigned geography.
• Success in this role requires strong knowledge of Medicaid policy and reimbursement dynamics, strategic account planning, and the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate patient access.

Salary

Base: $204,000.00-$281,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life insurances, Fitness & Wellness programs, Short- and Long-Term Disability insurance, 15 days of paid vacation, end-of-year shutdown time off, 12 company paid holidays + 3 paid days off for Personal Significance, 80 hours of sick time, Paid Maternity and Parental Leave, 401(k) program participation with company matched contributions, Employee stock purchase plan, Tuition reimbursement of up to $10,000 per calendar year

• Demonstrated experience developing and executing market access or health policy strategies

• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts
