Job Summary
Ensure partner solutions integrate seamlessly into our ecosystem, translating technical requirements for Engineering and complexity into knowledge for internal teams and clients.
Create training materials and conduct workshops for internal teams (Sales, CS, Support) and lead technical onboarding for clients.
Act as the final technical escalation point for partner solution issues, ensuring resolution with Engineering or partner support.
