Must-have
2 years prior experience as a Delivery Lead
Bachelor's Degree in IT or relevant work experience
Experience in Agile delivery and metrics
Knowledge of UNIX commands and file handling
Working experience with RDBMS concepts and SQL
Nice-to-have
Experience in Financial Crime or Compliance domain
End-to-end knowledge of Sanctions/Screening data flow
Alert Workflow management experience
