The role requires frequent interaction with residents to ensure personal care needs are met, including assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data
Nice-to-have
Ability to create a warm and positive atmosphere
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Strong communication skills for inter-departmental cooperation
Willingness to assist with emergency evacuations
Key Requirements
Must possess a minimum 10th grade education
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
