Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years of experience in finance roles
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Strong understanding of AP/AR/RTR processes
Nice-to-have
Innovative thinker with curiosity for emerging technologies
Exceptional leadership and people management skills
Client-focused mindset with passion for service excellence
Key Requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
Certification in Outsourcing Management is an advantage
Experience working with global clients across diverse industries
