  • Oversee the delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR services within the North America organization, managing a centralized hub for key HR functions.
  • Develop and execute a shared services strategy to streamline HR operations, including payroll, benefits, employee records, and HRIS administration, while establishing and monitoring Service Level Agreements.
  • Lead the adoption and ongoing management of HRIS and other digital solutions to enhance service efficiency and data accuracy, driving process optimization and automation for a positive employee experience.
