Must-have

  • Checks BLS and ALS equipment prior to events
  • Files reports compliant with NYS DOH Regulations
  • Manages sick patients independently
  • Maintains inventory of EMS supplies

Nice-to-have

  • Self-starter able to manage alone
  • Works closely with EMS department employees
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Online paramedic with at least 5 years continuous service
  • NYS Certification as a Paramedic
  • Must have ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications
  • 20 hours of CME per year if primary agency
  • Weekend availability required
