This position ensures the effective, safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of mechanical systems across over 6 million square feet of healthcare space.
The role serves as the principal resource and subject matter expert for Building Automation Systems, consulting on major initiatives integrating BAS across departments.
Systems and equipment are operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, requiring the incumbent to be subject to callback for emergency situations.

Must-have
BACnet systems and complex HVAC applications
Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems knowledge
LANs commands configurations and alarming
Reading electrical/mechanical blueprints
UPS and Management Cards setup experience
Server and Switch Programming IP infrastructure
