Job Summary

  • The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will manage and oversee all activities related to shipping/receiving, storing, delivering, transferring, reconciling, and cycle counting materials per cGMP procedures and regulations, within multiple systems and/or between multiple sites.
  • Supervise daily plan to exceed expectations for productivity, accuracy, and quality compliance, ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Associate’s degree and 2 years of Warehouse Supervision and/or Material Handling experience OR 4 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of Warehouse Supervision and/or Material Handling experience
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment (pharmaceuticals or biotechnology)
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse inventory management, SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Understand and carry out to Department of Transportation (DOT) and international shipping requirements (IATA)
  • Ability to operate a forklift or other powered industrial vehicle
  • Ability to comfortably lift 30lbs
