Key Requirements

  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician - ASCP
  • Graduate of NAACLS approved Phlebotomy program
  • One year of related experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • Experience as NA, CNA, MA, CMA considered
  • Military medical specialties considered
  • Successful completion of competency exams
