You will be responsible for administrative functions such as directing day-to-day functions of nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with policies, and participating in quality assurance programs.
Key responsibilities include drug administration, personnel management, direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
