Job Summary
The Assistant Director plays a central role in advancing Brown’s vision for Career and Life Design, helping alumni engage in a lifelong process of exploration, growth, and contribution.
This role focuses on programming that transcends traditional “networking” to foster authentic connection, mutual learning, and community across generations.
In collaboration with the Alumni Community & Belonging team and others across the University community, the Assistant Director ensures that CLD initiatives reflect Brown’s diverse and inclusive alumni community and integrate principles of inclusion and belonging.
