  • The Assistant Director plays a central role in advancing Brown’s vision for Career and Life Design, helping alumni engage in a lifelong process of exploration, growth, and contribution.
  • This role focuses on programming that transcends traditional “networking” to foster authentic connection, mutual learning, and community across generations.
  • In collaboration with the Alumni Community & Belonging team and others across the University community, the Assistant Director ensures that CLD initiatives reflect Brown’s diverse and inclusive alumni community and integrate principles of inclusion and belonging.
