Job Summary

  • The main function of the role is to tactically develop and implement the ACF strategy, manage and supervise ACF Program investigations and activities in the designated geographic region.
  • Responsibilities include intelligence assessment, case selection, the management and oversight of anti-counterfeit investigations (online and offline), proactive investigation case management, to include the development and implementation of innovative approaches and investigative strategies to meet business needs.
  • The manager will collaborate with internal business stakeholders, law enforcement, legal teams, and external partners to drive enforcement actions and strategic initiatives.
