Must-have

  • Aircraft systems and electrical rework experience
  • Delegated Inspector qualification after training
  • X-Plant or FAL Station PDRs fully complete
  • Structures and Mechanical cross-training required
  • Electrical and Mechanical cross-training required
  • Ability to work at height and confined spaces
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols

Nice-to-have

  • 5+ years hands-on aviation industry experience
  • Vocational training in avionics and systems
  • Willingness to learn multiple competencies
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with SAP and IT tools
  • Participation in continuous improvement actions

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Completed vocational training in Mechanics, System, Avionics, or Electrical
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Aircraft systems and electrical rework
  • Required Licensure: Delegated Inspector certification post-training
  • Current X-Plant or FAL Station PDRs with corresponding WA's/QA's
  • Must have current US work authorization
