Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing and managing programs designed to enhance and promote the One Wintrust Diversity & Inclusion Roadmap.
The role reports directly to the Leadership Development Director with expectations for close alignment with the Chief Diversity Officer and HR Community.

Salary
Base: $71,000 - $92,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive package including 401k match and tuition reimbursement

Must-have
3-5 years coordinating diversity programs
Solid technical ability with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with program management concepts
Nice-to-have
Certifications in diversity and inclusion practices
Experience with WebEx preferred
Financial services or banking industry experience
Key Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in workforce diversity and inclusion
Excellent oral presentation and written communications skills
Willingness to travel approximately 15% within enterprise footprint
