Job Summary

  • The position of Health Solution Partner (HSP) Vaccines BU aims to provide strategic solutions in the area of vaccines, with the goal of improving the experience of key customers through value-added actions that contribute to improving the impact of our vaccines and medicines on patients and society.
  • The HSP's activity, through solutions, will also aim to foster Continuous Medical Education and improve the experience of Healthcare Professionals (HP), through alternative channels (Omnichannel), proactive connections with other expert functions in the Organization, and a deeper exploration of customer needs in areas of mutual interest for the improvement of care quality and patient care and treatment.
  • The search and execution of new collaboration opportunities in projects that improve patients' lives, in a competitive, regulated and changing environment, will be one of the main focuses of this position.

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial and/or Customer Facing Colleagues
