Customer Service Officer (Funeral Service) Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore Working Hours: Mon – Fri/Sat 8.30am – 5.30pm Monthly Salary: basic up to $3000 + Variable Bonus (VB) + On-duty incentive Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract Company Overview The company is a long‑established provider of services, with a strong heritage built over many years. Responsibility Data Management – Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper records to support efficient operations. Customer Enquiry Handling – Answer incoming calls, respond to basic enquiries, and ensure professional communication. Information Relay – Record customer details and pass relevant information to the Sales Team for follow‑up. Administrative Support – Assist with document handling, office coordination, and general administrative tasks. Ad‑hoc Assistance – Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors to support daily operations. Requirements Experience in customer service is an added advantage Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
