Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Coordination of building maintenance operations
Management of HVAC systems including VRF and Chillers
Technical oversight of electrical and hydraulic installations
Experience with Corrigo system for ticket management
Financial management of maintenance contracts and POs
Nice-to-have
Proactive problem-solving and detail-oriented profile
Experience managing mobile maintenance teams
Valid Category B driver's license
Advanced technical asset analysis skills
Ability to prepare managerial reports for clients
Key Requirements
Higher education degree in Engineering (in progress or completed)
Proven experience in coordinating building maintenance teams
Practical experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and climate control systems
Technical management capability for maintenance contracts
