Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Education, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Higher Education, or related field
2 years of experience in institutional research, student success analytics, assessment, enrollment management, or related areas in higher education
Demonstrated experience with student-level data, dashboards, or reporting tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
