  • As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage onboarding and ongoing operational initiatives for some of our most strategic customers and partners, acting as the subject matter expert and go-to technical advisor.
  • Responsibilities include serving as a customer's technical advisor, owning project management and escalations, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver world-class solutions, and negotiating customer requests.
