Key Requirements

  • Associates Degree
  • 4 years of experience in Aviation
  • Proven leadership experience
  • 5% domestic/international travel
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Bachelors' degree in Aeronautical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of Leadership experience in Aviation
  • Experience in complex, growing, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office; SAP, MES
