Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5-7+ years in Sales Enablement or Solution Engineering
  • Deep understanding of Data & AI landscape including CDPs and LLMs
  • Expertise in consumption/usage-based business models
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into business value
  • Experience influencing VP/EVP stakeholders

Nice-to-have

  • Background in Instructional Design or Curriculum Development
  • Experience leading large-scale global events or bootcamps
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and D360 platforms
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Copilot
  • Passion for the future of Agentic AI

Key Requirements

  • 5-7+ years experience in Sales Enablement, Solution Engineering, or Sales Leadership
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end programs from design to impact analysis
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce reporting and analytics
