Job Summary
This role leads the commercial scale-up of a breakthrough Ultralow-K Monolayer Amorphous Carbon dielectric technology from lab scale to a 200mm/300mm commercial alpha tool.
The successful candidate will act as a Lead Equipment Engineer, bridging academic research with industry-standard engineering discipline to solve critical reactor scaling challenges.
A foundational 2-year grant period offers a direct pathway to transition into a planned deep-tech spin-off as a core engineering leader.
