Key Requirements
7-10+ years in infrastructure/DevOps/SRE
4-5+ years hands-on in Red Hat OpenShift (v4) cluster build and administration
Expert-level understanding of Kubernetes concepts
Proven experience building and operating production OpenShift clusters at scale
Strong Linux (RHEL) administration and scripting skills
Hands-on experience with GitOps and CI/CD tooling
Experience with observability stacks
Exposure to at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
