Job Summary

  • Drive the adoption of our platform/protocol among institutional players by securing high-value partnerships with hedge funds, market makers, asset managers, and corporate treasuries.
  • Lead the entire sales process from initial cold outreach to complex contract negotiations and closing, coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Act as the 'voice of the customer' for institutional needs, relaying feedback to Product and Engineering teams and representing the firm at global institutional summits.

Key Requirements

  • Strong understanding of TradFi instruments and DeFi/Web3 translation
  • Ability to discuss technical specifications (APIs, MPC, smart contracts)
  • Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent practical experience
