You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, and ensure compliance with regulations and facility standards.
The role involves administrative, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, equipment management, care planning, and budget functions to support resident care and facility operations.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in state
CPR certification
Nursing degree from accredited institution
Minimum 2 years nursing experience

Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing
