Job Summary

• The Senior Laboratory Technician provides advanced technical support to engineers and scientists by performing complex laboratory tasks, developing and refining procedures, and preparing detailed technical reports and documentation.
• This senior-level role conducts in-depth evaluations to identify root causes of technical issues, recommends and implements corrective actions, and serves as a subject-matter resource across laboratory and technical disciplines within the Technical Specialty function.
• Maintain laboratory operations by overseeing recordkeeping, applying lab performance metrics, performing preventive maintenance and complex repairs, coordinating larger-scale service needs, and proactively improving lab layout, processes, and productivity.

• Customer service experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift and carry parts and assemblies up to 25 lbs.
