Job Summary
As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will operate at the intersection of analytics, workforce governance and operational decision-making.
You will act as a control owner and subject-matter expert for Schedule Reconciliation, working closely with Operations leaders, Finance and Risk to identify issues, manage remediation and escalate risks in line with COO governance frameworks.
The role involves designing, maintaining and continuously improving workforce models while ensuring workforce data across planning and HR systems is accurate, controlled and auditable.
