Job Summary

  • As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will operate at the intersection of analytics, workforce governance and operational decision-making.
  • You will act as a control owner and subject-matter expert for Schedule Reconciliation, working closely with Operations leaders, Finance and Risk to identify issues, manage remediation and escalate risks in line with COO governance frameworks.
  • The role involves designing, maintaining and continuously improving workforce models while ensuring workforce data across planning and HR systems is accurate, controlled and auditable.
