  • The Capital Markets Financial Analyst will support transactions generated by Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Sales brokerage services, with a concentration in office valuation analyses.
  • Essential duties include preparing pro forma statements, discounted cash flow analyses, and Excel-based financial models, as well as conducting audits of existing financial models for accuracy.
