Job Summary
This senior role is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of MSI's Commercial Habitational business, including product development, revenue growth, reinsurance, underwriting, and risk management.
The Commercial Habitational Leader will define and execute MSI's go-to-market strategy for the habitational segment, building a market-leading Commercial Habitational business with a fully integrated property and general liability product offering.
Key responsibilities include program leadership, P&L ownership, product development, reinsurance and capacity management, distribution development, and team leadership.

Deep underwriting expertise in Commercial Property and General Liability
Established carrier and/or reinsurance relationships
Demonstrated management experience leading underwriting and/or product teams
