  • The Analyst is responsible to ensure customer orders are fulfilled based on commit customer required date (CRD) or first commit date (FCD) of the company.
  • He/she will be responsible in the review and analysis of CRD and FCD gaps, address root causes and recommend process and systems improvement to address the gaps.
  • Flag critical order delivery misses to SCM Executives for escalation.
