Key Requirements

  • Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
  • Chartered Status (RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE)
  • Significant experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying
  • Experience on large scale infrastructure projects
  • Good knowledge of NEC4 contracts
  • Experience in multi-organisation collaborative teams
