Base: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Additional forms of incentives may apply; Benefits: Health insurance, 401K, stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in related field
5+ years experience with large databases
Strong SQL and query optimization skills
Deep healthcare industry knowledge
Ability to lead large-scale projects
Nice-to-have
Master's degree preferred
Experience with Python and R programming
Knowledge of BI visualization tools
Mentoring junior analysts
Familiarity with risk adjustment
