  • This role is responsible for planning and tracking CAPEX, governing engineering standards, supporting infrastructure projects, and ensuring facility readiness for production and expansion activities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or Equipment Engineering and at least 5 years of professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience in facilities engineering or industrial infrastructure management
  • Proven experience in managing CAPEX and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, controls, and industrial utilities
  • Familiarity with permitting processes and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and asset management systems
  • Excellent project management and documentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills
