Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Activity Department is to assist and run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, as well as assisting in communication between employees, residents, families, and support personnel to ensure resident needs are met.
The position requires assisting in the development of monthly activity calendars, maintaining attendance records, and supporting discharge planning and activity care plans.
